Overview

We are currently recruiting for an established and well-recognised business based in Worcester. They are looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join their warm, welcoming and long-standing team. The business is extremely supportive and encourage longevity with a friendly culture and very minimal staff turnover. It is a real family-feel culture and ultimately, they are looking for a positive individual that is passionate about Credit Control and will slot into the team perfectly.

The successful Credit Controller will be managing their own ledger of live accounts and know their clients inside and out. A keen eye for detail is imperative as duties will include raising invoices, allocating incoming payments and reconciliations of varying kinds. The team are fun and friendly as well as hardworking and target driven. They are hoping for a motivated individual that is great at building rapport and can hit the ground running within the role

Skills Required:

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and able to successfully communicate with people at all levels in a confident manner
  • Advanced in Ms Excel with strong accounting experience and demonstrate a high level of confidence when handling data
  • Possess critical thinking, good investigative and problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Currently studying CICM with previous experience in a similar role and have the intention on completing your qualification
