Early Years Teacher - Worcester Aspire People are currently looking for Early Years Teachers for primary schools based in Worcester and surrounding areas.Your responsibilities as an Early Years Teacher will include:* Design and implement a well-structured curriculum that aligns with the Early Years Foundation Stage (Framework)* Create an engaging and supportive learning environment that fosters children's social, emotional, physical and cognitive development* Plan, develop and deliver lessons and activities to meet the diverse needs of children* Monitor and assess children's progress* Collaborate with parents, guardians and fellow educators in the children's learning journey* Promote positive behaviour management techniques and establish clear boundariesRequirements* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or (ECT) and a relevant degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.* Proven experience working with children aged 3 to 5, within a school or early years setting.* Thorough understanding of the EYFS framework and its application in planning, teaching, and assessment.* Ability to adapt teaching strategies to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.* Ability to pass an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check to work with children (Can obtain one with Aspire People if you do not have a DBS on the update service)* Up to date Safeguarding Training (You can undertake a free course with Aspire People if you have not got a safeguarding certificate dated within the last 12 months)Aspire People are keen to speak with candidates who are interested in this role and feel that they meet the requirements stated above.
