My client, a small boutique hotel near Evesham is looking to recruit a Hotel Receptionist on a Permanent ContractThe main responsibilities of the role include administration of the Reception and Hotel ReservationsThis will include the following- Be the main point of contact at the Reception Desk to ensure guest satisfaction- Ensure all accounts are billed correctly- Ensure compliance with GDPR and Data Protection regulationsAs a suitable candidate you will offer the following- Previous experience in a similar role is essential- Excellent Customer Service skills- Strong Communication skills with an ability to get on with people at all levels- Flexibility to cover hours required(40 per week, working 5 days out of 7)- Professional in appearance and working standards- Can remain calm under pressureThe salary for this role is up to £24,500Keywords:Hotel Reception, Front Office
