About Us

We are working with a highly reputable law firm in Worcester, renowned for theircommitment to providing exceptional legal services Their Wills and Probate team are now looking for a skilled and motivated Secretary/PA to join them. .

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive secretarial support to the Wills and Probate team, including managing diaries, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence.
  • Document Management: Prepare and manage legal documents, including wills, probate applications, and estate administration paperwork, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Client Interaction: Serve as a first point of contact for clients, offering a professional and empathetic service. Handle inquiries, relay messages, and manage follow-up actions.
  • File Management: Maintain and organise client files, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Team Coordination: Assist in the coordination of team meetings, including preparation of agendas and minute-taking.
  • Research and Reporting: Conduct legal research as required and assist in preparing reports and presentations.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience: Previous experience within a Secretarial / Admin role. Experience within the legal Sector would be preferable, but not essential as full training will be given.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with legal practice management software is desirable.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong client focus.
  • Organisational Skills: Strong organisational abilities with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Empathetic and professional demeanor, with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
