We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Depot Manager, with a strong background in Logistics, to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of our depot located in the Worcester.

Description

Depot Manager is responsible for:

  • Oversee daily operations of the depot to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company's goals.
  • Lead and manage the team, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order stock as necessary.
  • Address any customer service issues promptly and professionally.
  • Prepare operational reports and propose improvements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline logistics processes.

Profile

A successful Depot Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in a managerial position.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong understanding of logistics and depot operations.
  • Management of self employed drivers will be beneficial.
  • Engagement with customers and handle queries.
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.

Job Offer

Depot Manager will receive:
