Senior Embedded Engineer

Location: Worcestershire (UK)

Work pattern: Hybrid (1-2days from home)

Salary: Negotiable (circa 55k-60k)

Platform recruitment are currently partnered with one of the global leaders in innovative technologies for the security and safety markets, and are currently on the search for a highly motivated SeniorEmbedded Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis.

This role will involve developing real time embedded software applications using C++, as well as running under Linux/FreeRTOS

Key deliverables include:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in embedded systems development in a product development team.
• Expertise in Embedded C andC++ with multi-threading.
• Experience with the STM32 family of microprocessors.

Good to have:

• Experience working using RTOS.
• Knowledge in IoT cyber security.
• Experience developing commercial applications.
