Your duties will include:
  • Efficiently advertising properties and securing tenants through various channels.
  • Assessing applications and conducting affordability assessments.
  • Conducting Pre-Tenancy Assessments to ensure suitability and promote tenancy sustainability.
  • Handling general inquiries from tenants, partner agencies, and colleagues.
What We're Looking For:We're seeking an individual with:
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of current housing legislation and welfare benefits.
  • Motivational abilities to foster thriving communities.
  • The capacity to work independently and under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
Desirable Skills:
  • Familiarity with housing management systems.
  • Experience in collating and presenting key performance data.
