We are currently looking to recruit a Service Delivery Agent/Driver to join our team. This is a zero hour position (including benefits)
- Delivery & collection of vehicles
- Preparation and valeting company vehicles inside and out to a high standard
- To inspect and identify any fleet maintenance issues and damage
- Deliver and maintain exceptional customer service
- To take reasonable care of your own health and safety and others including fellow employees, customers and member of the public
What we are looking for:
- Hold a full-valid driving licence for a minimum of 12 months, with no more than 9 points on your DVLA check.
- Flexibility in your working hours, including availability of adhoc weekends
- Reliable, flexible, positive and professional
- Good team player
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to adapt to the needs of the business

How will your days look?
Your role will include delivering and collecting our vehicles from our customers. Prior to delivery and upon collection, you will complete damage inspections, ensuring that the vehicle is in good condition in terms of cleanliness/damage and is completely fuelled. You will complete paperwork, undertake security checks, and verify rental documentation as required. You will also assist in preparing vehicles for rentals when not on the road.
Even though this role is a zero-hour contract, we are looking for someone who is available across the week.
