Social Work Assistant

We are looking to recruit a Social work assistant based in Worcester.

The role is paying £16.00 per hour umbrella.You will be required to work 35 hours per week.

Duties:

• Assist Social Workers in preparing case reports and coordinating case management.
• Provide direct service to clients including crisis intervention, advocacy, and counseling.
• Conduct preliminary interviews with clients to assess needs and determine appropriate actions or referrals.
• Participate in the planning, organization, and implementation of special events or community outreach programs.
• Maintain confidentiality of records relating to clients' treatment.

Requirements:

• Nvq level 3 in Health and social care.
• DBS required.
