I am currently working with an exciting fast paced FMCG company whose turnover is 1Billion. Due to a promotion within the Finance team, a requirement for a Financial Accountant has now become available.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with cost centre managers to streamline the Purchase-to-Pay process
Minimise outstanding debts and address invoice discrepancies promptly
Manage all financial accounting tasks, including invoice processing and liaising with shared service centres
Identify and eliminate non-value-added activities within the finance function, driving process improvements
Support the site through ad hoc investigations and participation in performance improvement projects

The Ideal Candidate

Professional qualification or significant progress toward CIMA/ACCA/ACA
Solid financial accounting experience and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Previous experience in food manufacturing and familiarity with SAP (preferred but not required)
Proactive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent organisational skills
