Description
- Preparation of monthly financial statements
- Conduct financial analysis and deliver insights to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements
- Support the budgeting and forecasting process
- Collaborate with other departments on finance-related matters
- Participate in financial audits
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the finance department
- Assist in training and development of junior team members
Profile
A successful Financial Accountant should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar field
- Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA)
- Experience in the Manufacturing and production industry, ideal
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
