The National Kidney Federation (NKF) invites you to join them in making a real difference. They're on the lookout for a dedicated Membership Development Lead to champion and expand their Kidney Patient Associations (KPAs) nationwide and build regular support and giving for the charity.

This role is the heart of NKF's mission to enrich the lives of kidney patients. As a vital member of their team, you will spearhead the growth of their individual supporter base and craft a robust membership strategy. Dive into the dynamic world of KPAs and individual members, nurturing meaningful connections and fostering a sense of belonging.

Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain and nurture relationships with all KPAs, ensuring seamless coordination of NKF assistance and identifying underserved regions.* Forge stronger bonds between KPAs and NKF, collaborating to expand their membership and empower non-member KPAs to become active participants.* Serve as the primary liaison for regional representatives, ensuring every supporter enjoys exceptional experiences.* Cultivate relationships, innovate member resources, lead regional teams, and facilitate clear communication channels.* Monitor engagement levels, deliver captivating communications, and participate in engaging NKF events.* Develop robust evaluation frameworks, report progress to the CE and Executive Committee, and handle ad hoc duties with finesse.About You:

They're seeking a go-getter with a proven track record in membership engagement and management experience to lead and engage membership initiatives. You will have excellent communication and influencing skills that will help share insights and address the challenges faced by their members. This fast-paced role demands strong time management and attention to detail, and you'll be supported by a dedicated team to achieve this. While prior experience or knowledge of kidney disease is advantageous, comprehensive training will be provided.
