Our client is an established and successful, family-owned and managed care home company based in Worthing, West Sussex. They currently operate 9 homes across East and West Sussex, offering the highest standards of resident care, 24 hours a day, for both long and short-term stays.
As the Home Manager, you will:
- Oversee the entire service at Berkeley Lodge, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.
- Work closely with your management team, providing strong leadership and inspiration.
- Ensure clinical compliance and high-quality hospitality services.
- Manage the business performance of the home.
- Be responsible for quality monitoring and on-call duties due to the seniority of the role.
As the Home Manager, you will receive:

- Have a background working as a CQC Registered Manager specialising in Nursing care / dementia.
- Be a strong leader, able to motivate, lead and support both clinical and non-clinical staff.
- Have a comprehensive knowledge and expertise of CQC essential standards and all legislation relevant to a nursing home.
- Be financially aware and able to manage and adhere to a budget.
