Day to Day of the role:- Building positive relationships with students in a culture of high expectations and strong discipline.
- Delivering high-quality Computer Science education to students, ensuring outstanding results at GCSE and A Level.
- Collaborating with other Computer Science departments within the academy trust.
- Contributing to a comprehensive scheme of work shared across the trust, aiding lesson planning.
- Engaging in rigorous and structured teaching and learning policies, supported by high-quality weekly subject CPD.
- A passion for Computer Science and education.
- A commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and the wider school community.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- ECTs are welcomed, as well as experienced teachers with a desire to take on new challenges.
