Food and Beverage Supervisor

The Gables Hotel in Falfield are recruiting for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our Marco Pierre Whites New York Italian 104 cover restaurant.

Supervising our Food & Beverage operation when on shift, the ideal candidate will have previous hotel experience and be able to demonstrate an understanding of a food and beverage department. Exceptional customer service and communication skills are essential.
