Ashley Kate are proud to be working with our client who operate in the manufacturing sector on a Fixed term contract to cover a maternity leave period. You will working in a fast paced environment reporting into the General Manager of Finance. The role is office based with an early finish on Friday!
Responsibilities:
路 Purchase Ledger responsibility for one company.
路 Filing & matching delivery notes and purchase orders
路 Statement reconciliation
路 Invoice matching.
路 Maintain monthly spreadsheets - Invoice entries.
路 Payment entry and matching within accounting system.
路 Entry and reconciliation of invoices into purchase ledger system
路 Dealing with supplier queries, payment requests via email and telephone
路 Payment spreadsheet to send to Associate Vice President - Finance.
路 Setting up and processing weekly BACS run payments through accounting system.
路 Processing payments through the bank
路 Balancing purchases at month end
路 Accruals
路 Checking synchro system for invoices booked in regularly.
路 Liaising with Group FC/Management Act at month end
路 Liaising with Purchasing Manager at month end, supply monthly figures.
路 Ad-hoc duties
