- Managing a caseload of residential property transactions from start to finish
- Conducting thorough property searches and due diligence
- Crafting and reviewing legal documents
- Collaborating effectively with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders
- Providing expert guidance on property law matters
- Ensuring strict compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory standards
- Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer
- A minimum of 2-3 years of post-qualification experience
- Strong grasp of property law and conveyancing processes
- Exceptional communication and client-facing skills
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a cohesive team
- While a driving license and access to a car are advantageous, they are not mandatory
