The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving strategic financial decisions within the Accounting & Finance department.

Description

• Creating Power BI reports
• Driving strategic financial decisions
• Collaborating with senior management in financial planning and business strategy
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards
• Leading financial analysis and delivering insights to stakeholders
• Managing budgeting and forecasting processes
• Cost benefit analysis & current performance evaluation
• Quickly respond to data requests in order to support the operational team
• Identifying and mitigating financial risks
• Supporting the development of junior finance team members
• Assisting in special projects as required by the business

Profile

A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

• Proven experience within a similar role
• Strong financial and accounting knowledge
• Excellent analytical and strategic planning skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in EXCEL, Power BI & SQL
