We are looking for a HR Administrator to join our client to provide administrative support across the Group HR function. This role will include elements of recruitment, payroll, onboarding and compliance and offers critical support to the wider management team and group.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Update and maintain employment records using HRIS
  • Post vacancies, schedule interviews and source references
  • Oversee the onboarding and offboarding process
  • Prepare contracts, offer letters and other HR related documentation
  • Manage staff scheduling and holidays
  • Assist with payroll completion
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of employment legislation and ensure compliance
  • Liaise with agencies and other external bodies as required
  • Manage uniform and equipment ordering including PPE
  • Ad hoc HR duties as specified by the group HR manager
  • Coordinate and maintain staff training
  • Act as the main HR point of contact for employees
  • Maintain sickness records and manage the return to work process
  • General admin support as required
  • Order consumables, stationery and supplies
  • Take part in management or operational meetings, including capturing minutes

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a similar HR or admin role
  • Strong attention to detail and a keen willingness to learn and develop
  • Office-based work experience
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word and Microsoft Office
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability
  • A professional, confident, and diplomatic approach to communication
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems or databases
  • Willingness to travel to the Manchester area as required
  • Full UK driving licence

This position comes with a competitive salary, company pension and 20 days holiday plus bank holidays. Hours of work Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.
