Retentions Specialist
Location: Wrexham
Salary: 25,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday (8:30am - 5pm)

As a Retentions Specialist your primary responsibility will be to retain existing customers by addressing their concerns, providing solutions, and ensuring their satisfaction with the service. You will play a crucial role in maintaining customer loyalty and contributing to the company growth.
Responsibilities will include:
- Proactively contact customers who have indicated a desire to cancel or downgrade their services.
- Identify customers needs and provide tailored solutions to address their concerns and retain their business.
- Utilise exceptional negotiation skills in contractual matters.
- Develop and implement effective retention strategies to minimise customer churn.
- Liaise with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and retention efforts in the CRM system.
- Provide feedback and insights to management to help enhance the products and services.
Skills and experience required:
- Previous experience in a customer service or retention role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to handle difficult conversations and turn them into positive outcomes.
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to organise and prioritise workload to meet deadlines
- Proficiency in using CRM software.
- Ability to work in a busy environment.
