Flow Control is a rapidly expanding Recruitment Consultancy providing headhunting services globally to the engineering & technical sales sectors.

We have 4 offices across Europe in Sutton Coldfield, UK. Dusseldorf, DE. Antwerp, BE & Rotterdam, NL.

Due to continued growth are recruiting currently for a Talent Acquisition & Marketing Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsibility for development and implementation of group wise marketing strategy.
  • Responsibility for building, maintaining and improving the company brand.
  • Responsibility for effective promotion and nurture of an enjoyable and rewarding companywide work culture. Including company wide incentives.
  • Responsibility for the production and distribution of Flowtec Group marketing material such as brochures for all divisions, job adverts & candidate attraction documents.
  • Operational responsibilities to be increased over time including:
  • Financial reporting and liaison with accountants.
  • CRM management
  • Best practice governance
  • Managerial assistance
  • Liaison with suppliers in UK, Germany, Belgium & Netherlands. Negotiation of contracts.
  • Some international travel required.
  • European language skills such as Dutch & German would be beneficial but are not required.

The needs of the company will be best met by a dynamic individual who can act on their own initiative and manage their own time effectively.
