We are in search of a highly motivated and experienced Supply Teacher to provide exceptional education to students across primary and secondary schools. As a Supply Teacher, you will be pivotal in delivering engaging and effective lessons on a short-term or occasional basis, adapting to various educational settings with ease.

Day to day of the role:• Deliver high-quality lessons across a diverse range of subjects, including mathematics, science, English, and history.• Develop and implement lesson plans tailored to the individual needs and learning styles of students.• Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom atmosphere.• Manage classroom behaviour and offer assistance to students with special educational needs.• Work collaboratively with school staff and fellow teachers to enhance student learning outcomes.• Quickly adapt to new teaching environments and subject areas with professionalism and competence.

Required Skills & Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in education or a relevant discipline.• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent qualification.• Demonstrated experience in a Supply Teacher role or similar teaching positions.• Capability to engage with students from diverse ages, backgrounds, and abilities.• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact within the school community.• Independent and proactive work ethic, along with the ability to work cohesively in a team setting.• A deep passion for teaching and a dedicated commitment to fostering student success.
