As a Registered Nurse, your responsibilities will include:
- Taking charge of the well-being of residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Providing clinical guidance to the care team and contributing to all CQC tasks.
- Developing, implementing, and evaluating individualised care plans for each resident.
- Carrying out assessments and ensuring work areas and practices conform to relevant standards, policies, and legislation.
- Coaching and guiding the team, providing formal and informal teaching programmes for colleagues and other care professionals.
