This role comes with a competitive salary ranging from 19.64 to 21.74 per hour, with an additional 2.00 per hour for overtime and 1.50 per hour for weekend work. A generous welcome bonus of 1,000 and paid breaks are also part of the package.

As a Registered Nurse, your responsibilities will include:

  • Taking charge of the well-being of residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Providing clinical guidance to the care team and contributing to all CQC tasks.
  • Developing, implementing, and evaluating individualised care plans for each resident.
  • Carrying out assessments and ensuring work areas and practices conform to relevant standards, policies, and legislation.
  • Coaching and guiding the team, providing formal and informal teaching programmes for colleagues and other care professionals.
