This role offers the unique opportunity to lead a small team of apprentices, fostering their development while driving exceptional results for our clients. Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing Social Media Strategy: Creating and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company's goals and target audience.
  • Content Creation: Generating engaging and relevant content for social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and other multimedia formats.
  • Managing Social Media Channels: Overseeing the day-to-day management of all social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok), including scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments and messages.
  • Community Engagement: Building and nurturing relationships with the online community by actively engaging with followers, participating in conversations, and addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Using social media analytics tools to track key metrics, analyse performance, and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of social media efforts and inform future strategies.
  • Campaign Planning and Execution: Planning and executing social media campaigns and promotions to drive brand awareness, increase engagement, and achieve specific marketing objectives.
  • Staying Updated on Trends: Keeping abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in social media marketing to continuously optimize strategies and tactics.
  • Collaboration: Collaborating with internal teams (such as marketing, sales, and customer service) to ensure social media efforts are integrated with overall marketing and business objectives.
  • Social Media Advertising: Planning and executing paid social media advertising campaigns to reach target audiences, increase visibility, and drive conversions.
  • Risk Management: Monitoring social media channels for any potential reputation risks or negative feedback and implementing strategies to mitigate or address issues as they arise.
  • Budget Management: Managing the social media marketing budget effectively, allocating resources efficiently, and optimizing spending to maximize ROI.
  • Building Influencer Relationships: Identifying and partnering with relevant influencers and brand advocates to amplify reach, increase credibility, and foster brand advocacy.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business development opportunities, nurturing relationships with potential clients and partners.
  • Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of apprentices, providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth and development.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate closely with the Managing Director to align marketing efforts with overall business goals and objectives.
