A leading Engineering client within the Water industry is currently undergoing significant expansion and is now looking for an Electricianto join the team on a permanent basis.

On offer is a salary of 32,000-35,000 plus vehicle and company benefits.

On joining the business, a personal progression programme will be laid out to you with achiveable steps to progress up the business.

The client are looking for someone to come in who wants to grow and develop with the business.

They are looking for someone flexible with regards to working away as they have client sites around the UK so a large bulk of working away would be involved but only ever on a mon-fri basis.

Key duties:

  • Repairing electrical equipment.
  • Installation, commissioning, setting up and testing of mechanical/electrical equipment and controls.
  • Break down cover on a rota basis.
  • Working out on customer sites across the country.
  • Working in workshops as required at any of the Company locations.
  • Stripping and rebuilding machinery/ pumps/ heavy industrial equipment.
  • Planned preventative maintenance (Industrial equipment & pumps).
  • Carry out site inspections and compile survey reports for quotation purposes.
  • Access and interpret technical instructions using mobile electronic equipment.
  • Carry out fault finding down to component level.
  • To work as part of a team and to co-operate with other staff / trades.
