Job title: Payroll Supervisor
Location: Yeovil, UK
We are currently seeking a Payroll Supervisor to join a growing SME in Yeovil on a full-time permanent basis. Joining a large Payroll team, you will report to the Head of Payroll & manage one Payroll Admin. This role is fully office-based with free on-site parking.
Responsibilities in this Payroll Supervisor role: - Process end-to-end weekly Payroll for at least 800 employees- Starters & Leavers- Statutory deductions, sick pay & annual leave calculations- Develop & mentor a small teamTo be considered for this Payroll Supervisor role you will have: - Experience in high-volume Payroll (essential) - Previous people management experience (essential) - Intermediate Excel skills, i.e. Pivot Tables & LOOKUPs/SUMIFs (essential)In exchange for this Payroll Supervisor role, you will receive the following:- 25 days annual leave + bank holidays - Starting salary of £30,000- Company pension with option for salary sacrifice- Enhanced parental leave - Employee discounts on products - Access to platform offering various discounts
