Our client, a leading Aerospace and Defence organisation are seeking an experienced Administrator to join their Work Analysis team and play a pivotal role in driving efficiency and productivity across operations. If you're passionate about data, have a knack for problem-solving, and thrive in a collaborative environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

As a Works Analysis Administrator, you'll be instrumental in conducting analytical reviews, maintaining key performance metrics, and providing support to ensure operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Harmonise work analysis methodologies across sites/plants.
  • Document meeting minutes and key actions.
  • Administer hour corrections and extract RAW data.
  • Update and compile SOP's on procedures.
  • Analyse performance data against various metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reporting processes.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of processes.
  • Provide clear and concise reports on operational data.
  • Support the implementation of new technology and processes.
  • Undertake training and coaching for the team and external customers.

About You:

  • Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft products.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to deliver engaging presentations.
  • Strong mathematical skills and the ability to handle large volumes of data with ease.
  • Methodical and systematic approach to work, ensuring accuracy and precision.
  • Qualification or equivalent experience to a GCSE level in a numerical-based subject.
  • A team player with a customer-focused mindset.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in the Aerospace industry.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Power BI.
  • Familiarity with LEAN and continuous improvement tools.

This is a one year temporary contract with the potential to extend

Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week
