The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Work with customers struggling to secure/maintain accommodation
  • Conduct outreach support for rough sleepers in the area
  • Improve opportunities and link customers with partnership agencies
  • Deliver Home Achievement Programme (HAP) tenancy training in Somerset
  • Build relationships with housing providers/landlords for customer transitions

The successful candidate will have:

  • Passion for supporting those facing housing challenges
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience delivering training/support programs
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
  • Car and Valid Licence
