Pay Rate: £11.51 (PAYE)
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Work with customers struggling to secure/maintain accommodation
- Conduct outreach support for rough sleepers in the area
- Improve opportunities and link customers with partnership agencies
- Deliver Home Achievement Programme (HAP) tenancy training in Somerset
- Build relationships with housing providers/landlords for customer transitions
The successful candidate will have:
- Passion for supporting those facing housing challenges
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience delivering training/support programs
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
- Car and Valid Licence
