Design Engineer – Autodesk Inventor

£28,000 - £35,000 (DOE)
Information on the role
- Produce 3D Models using Autodesk Inventor
- Produce drawings for manufacturing & installation
- Offer advanced design solutions on projects
- Check drawings & ensure they are fit for purpose
- Act as the lead on single & multi-disciplined projects
- Liaise with the wider team & ensure coordinated engineering solutions
- Mento & develop junior team members
- Provide technical support to the Production Team
What we’d like from you
- Qualified in relevant Engineering Degree/Discipline or proven industry knowledge
- Understand the design process
- Extensive knowledge of drafting standards
- Design experience with Timber/Wood, Structural Steel, & Sheet Metal
- Understand Joinery, Welding, Fabrication, & associated manufacturing processes
