My client is searching for a talented Architect with a passion for beautiful designs to join a friendly and supportive team in York. The award winning, RIBA chartered practice has a dynamic portfolio of Residential, Commercial, Healthcare and Heritage projects for clients across the UK. The practice has a reputation for providing creative, innovative designs that exceed every client's expectations.

The successful Architect will have sufficient post Part 3 experience and experience working across all RIBA stages. You should be confident leading a team and will have excellent technical abilities.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architect:

ARB registered with sufficient experience post Part 3
Experience working across all RIBA stages
Excellent knowledge of current UK building regulations
Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail
Confident liaising with clients, consultants and other stakeholders whilst delivering high quality designs
Manage multiple projects whilst delivering to project deadlines
Revit and AutoCAD knowledge is beneficial
