Are you from a Customer Service background looking to join a well-established yet rapidly growing company who provide an essential service within the health and wellness industry, who can offer you a stable, varied role offering full training and potential progression opportunities?

This well-established Health and Wellness company are the UK leader in Home to Laboratory tests, including food intolerance tests, blood tests and more. Due to continual growth they are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills to help with their current workload.

This varied role will see you be one of the first port of calls for all customer enquiries via all channels into the business, process sales led quotations from warm leads, and record essential customer information, you will also handle complaints and provide solutions to ensure smooth process and operation of the department. You will work Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm, working 1 in every 4 Saturday's at a 1.5x rate.

This role would suit a candidate with a strong Customer Service background who is looking for a role within a well-established company offering full industry training and potential progression down the line.

The Role:

Answering customer enquiries through phone, email, social media
Producing quotations through assessors / sales team from warm leads
Handle complaints through to conclusion
