Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and nurture client relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Track client interactions and manage account details.
- Oversee workflow and project management.
- Supervise outsourced paraplanners and manage reports.
About You:
- Experience in retail financial services with an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
- Chartered Financial Planner status preferred but not essential.
- Strong project and workflow management skills.
- Proactive with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to update control sheets and meet compliance requirements.
- Skilled in analysing reports and quality checking.
- Excellent technical, communication and client management skills.
- Able to work from head office near York or be based remotely.Â
