Passionate and growing company within the healthcare sector are looking to welcome a Credit Controller to join them.

As the ideal candidate, you will have previous experience of working in a fast-paced accounts team, with a focus on credit control.

WHAT YOU WILL WANT TO KNOW AS A CREDIT CONTROLLER IN THIS COMPANY;

  • £23000 per annum
  • Monday-Friday, 9.00am-17.00pm
  • 2 days home / 3 days office working
  • 23 days holiday plus bank holidays
  • On site parking

A SNAPSHOT OF THE CREDIT CONTROLLERS DAY

  • Handle all debt management activities for the business, liaising with debtors and ensuring effective debt collection.
  • Assist with the processing of payments associated with member contributions and ensuring that outstanding debts associated with these are effectively managed.
  • Work with the Billing lead, to ensure charges are effectively recovered from clients.
  • Producing and distributing monthly statements to clients where necessary
  • Always maintaining excellent customer relationships

  • Effective communicator, ability to manage difficult conversations with clients
  • Experience of working in fast-paced Finance team, with focus on debt management is essential
  • IT literate with intermediate experience of Excel (Pivot Tables, V Lookups)
  • Confident, articulate and adept in obtaining information
