Our award winning client based on the outskirts of York are looking for a customer support executive to join their team on a permanenr contract.


The Customer Support position is responsible for offering world class customer service to all customers. This role requires someone who is motivated, experienced and dynamic. The candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced.

Responsibilities

Providing excellent customer service, corresponding by telephone and email

Handling sales orders/ returns for our UK and European customers using our online store and email

Assisting our customers with order/delivery discrepancies conducting a full investigation to a satisfactory resolution

Payment processing, account reconciliation, sending regular statements and relaying information on account balances. Chasing overdue accounts

Other duties include new partner account processing

Special projects as assigned by manager

Required Qualifications

Excellent customer service, including written and verbal communication skills

Excellent organisational, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills

Standard computer skills required with functional knowledge of Microsoft Office products

Ability to work independently, and function within a team environment

Ability to understand how to use multiple internet-based systems/platforms

Must be detailed oriented and possess excellent follow up skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with SAP and Salesforce

Experience of export processes including application for CoO and supporting documentation.

Multi language speaker would be advantageous

Excellent benefits including 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, private medical insurance and hybrid working (after training). Working 8.30-5pm Monday - Friday.

Salary negotiable depending on experience.
