Job Type:Full-time, Permanent
Shifts:12-hour day and night shifts on a rotating schedule, totaling 42 hours per week
Are you passionate about ensuring safe and efficient production processes? We are seeking a dedicated Production Operative to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the safe and hygienic production of products, performing essential operations such as intake, plant cleaning, and basic maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely and meticulously produce company products.
- Operate company machinery with precision and adherence to safety standards.
- Optimize machinery usage and ensure smooth operation during your shift.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of designated work areas at all times.
- Strict compliance with current and newly introduced company procedures for safety.
- Adherence to appropriate safety gear and clothing guidelines while on duty.
- Promptly report safety incidents and follow instructions from the Technical Manager or deputy.
Hourly Rate:11.79(increasing to 12.07 after probation)
