Description

• Leading the financial planning and analysis department and managing a team
• Providing strategic financial input and leadership on decision-making issues
• Overseeing the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts
• Presenting financial reports to the board of directors
• Working closely with other department heads to support strategic planning
• Identifying areas for cost reduction and operational improvements
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards
• Contributing to the development of company-wide financial strategy and objectives

Profile

A successful Head of Financial Planning & Analysis should have:

• A strong background within the FP&A function including making strategic changes and
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Superior analytical and strategic planning abilities
• Proficiency in budgeting and financial forecasting
• A solid understanding of financial regulations and standards
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
