We have an exciting position for a Retail Operations Coordinator to join our Head Office Retail department in our Head Office Team at Northminster Business Park, York.

As our Retail Operations Coordinator, you'll be instrumental in supporting our Retail Operations Team, both in-office and in-store with administrative duties and data analysis to allow the retail teams to drive sales and service excellence and achieve their targets . You’ll need to be an excellent multi-tasker with the ability to prioritise and communicate well at all levels, with a good eye for detail, comfortable with using spreadsheets to make a success of this role.

Key Responsibilities for our Retail Operations Coordinator

  • Data Analysis – building and manipulating new and existing reports to support the field team
  • Compiling and distributing weekly and monthly retail sales and KPI reports
  • Providing administrative support to the Retail Operations Team under the guidance of the Retail Operations Manager
  • Compiling ad hoc data entry information for The Retail Team and Accounts Team
  • Store support, answering daily operational store queries and requests

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills
  • Analytical prowess and keen attention to detail
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Strong prioritisation and organisational skills
  • A desire to show initiative
  • Ability to handle confidential information sensitively
  • Previous retail experience is advantageous

Salary: Up to £30,000 depending on experience
