As a Sales Negotiator, you will be generating new business, negotiating profitable sales, and contributing to our offices growth by exceeding set targets. You will cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both existing and potential clients, ensuring exceptional service and compliance with our sales procedures. Your day-to-day will include managing market appraisals, liaising with clients, arranging viewings, and utilising databases to their fullest potentialall to drive successful sales results and maintain an exemplary reputation.

Hours of Work: Full Time, Permanent, 8:30 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday, and 9:00 am to 3:00 pm (1 in 4 Saturdays).

Sales Negotiator Requirements:

  • Proven experience in property sales.
