- Azure and Google BigQuery Management:Â Oversee our Azure installation hosting our customer database and Google BigQuery data warehouse.
- Database Coordination:Â Coordinate with our database agency on data requirements, feeds, cleansing, and enhancement.
- Analytical Oversight: Oversee the team’s analytical output, including ad-hoc analysis requests and structured reporting.
- Internal ICT Management:Â Oversee our internal ICT requirements, including networking, firewall, and related support services.
- Data Officer Responsibilities:Â (Likely) Act as the registered Data Officer to engage with the ICO as required.
- Team Management:Â Manage a team of 2 staff members, leading conversations and providing guidance to ensure team success.
- Proven track record in overseeing technology operations and architecture in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience managing development projects and translating commercial requirements into actionable plans.
- Familiarity with consumer-facing web and app environments.
- Strong program management skills, with the ability to drive impact and efficiency.
- Previous involvement in consumer brand environments is highly desirable, with a strong emphasis on user experience.
- Leadership experience, particularly in managing small teams and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Understanding of best practices in technical IT management.
- Experience in integrating new systems into existing business operations.
