A rare chance to work in house for a FTSE 250 company and leading property business. You will be based in their North Yorkshire office and join their well-established legal team.The Role:Our client is looking to add to their existing legal team to take on a diverse caseload of commercial and commercial property agreements with a focus on the latter. Suitable candidates will be experienced in drafting, negotiating and giving advice on contracts which might include option agreements, sale of land contracts, acquisition contracts, deed of easements, section 106 agreements and affordable housing contracts. You will closely with shareholders in connection to the legal work undertaken, offering assessment on risk, compliance and best practice.ABOUT YOUThe ideal hire would be a lawyer from around 2+ years' pqe. You'll need excellent communication skills, a positive 'can do' attitude, and adaptability. You'll also be a genuine 'team player', and to be comfortable in a fast moving and dynamic business.
