Responsibilities:
- Manage residential conveyancing transactions from inception to completion, ensuring a smooth process for clients.
- Provide expert legal advice on all aspects of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, and remortgages.
- Supervise and mentor junior team members, supporting their professional development.
- Cultivate positive relationships with clients, demonstrating commercial awareness of their sector and the market.
Essential:
- Minimum 3 years PQE as a Residential Conveyancing Lawyer.
- Proven expertise in managing residential property matters, including sales, purchases, and remortgages.
- Strong business development skills and a track record of delivering successful outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Collaborative and flexible working style, with a passion for developing junior team members.
Desirable:
- Experience within a forward-thinking and commercial legal environment.
- Knowledge of the local property market in York and surrounding areas.
