An opportunity to work as a Paralegal within a respected law firm’s York office has arisen. This role includes assisting a friendly team with all Wills & Probate matters from file opening to completion. Your duties will include:
- Drafting various legal documents with supervision including Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Tax forms (under supervision)
- File Management for the department
- Client care including managing initial telephone and website enquiries
- Billing matters
