The company are looking to bring in a new Engineer Manager to help look after the factory whilst also guiding a number of younger maintenance engineers and helping with their professional development.This role will involve taking charge of a food packaging plant, leading a team to service a variety of FMCG equipment to keep the facroty operational. You will be vreating the PPM plans, assigning work to Engineers, ensuring the continued safety of the work environment and guiding your team to operational exellence.This role would suit a Maintenance Engineer or similar with a background in FMCG looking to take on a leading position and run an important factory for a well know company that can provide training to broaden their skillset, progression to more senior positions and a host of company benefits.The Role
- Manage maintenance team
- Schedule all maintenance
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance
- Monday - Friday 7:30 - 4:30
