CLIENT SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR
Based central in York, the Client Support Administrator role plays a key part in the administration function for enquiries into this successful business. You would need to be able to work in a fast pace environment and provide a high standard of accuracy. An interest in HR and psychology would be beneficial but not essential.
WHAT YOU WILL WANT TO KNOW...
- Permanent position
- Salary up to £26,000
- Hours - Full-time 37.5 9-5.15pm or part-time (minimum 22.5 hours pw)
- Holidays: 5 weeks plus bank holidays

A SNAPSHOT OF THE ADMINISTRATOR DAY...
- First point of contact for clients requiring support
- Responding to volume e-mail enquiries accurately
- Update the system with client information
- Set up projects when advised
- Monitoring of projects, progress and liaison with client/ teams to resolve issues
- To arrange and administer coaching sessions
- Provide sales support administration
