Our client based in York have just created a new role for a Marketing Executive to join their existing Marketing team.

You will be working with the Head of Business Development and Marketing to help support a professional marketing and business development function across all departments.

This is a part time role either 3/4 days a week and salary is dependant on experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Managing social media feeds to ensure content is well planned and engages effectively with target audiences.
  • Maintaining and updating website content, ensuring this is relevant to clients, other professionals and potential employees.
  • Assisting with the creation of blogs, newspaper columns and press releases
  • Monitoring and managing online reviews.
  • Assisting with the organisation and promotion of internal and external events and seminars.
  • Working with the Social team to ensure internal events are well planned and effectively communicated internally and externally.
  • Helping to further develop the intranet portal to ensure content is relevant and reflects the employer brand and culture.

Experience Required:

  • Ideally 2 years’ experience in marketing.
  • Proactive and a ‘can do’ attitude.
  • Able to travel between York offices to develop a rapport with different teams.
  • Client focussed and keen to deliver an excellent service.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
