Roles/ Responsibilities of Community Nurse-

• Responsible for the planning, implementation and evaluation of individualized nursing care.
• Use a broad range of nursing knowledge and skills to prevent, where possible and appropriate, an unnecessary admission to hospital.
• To provide wound management or care for leg ulcers.
• Provide support and advice for anyone with ongoing conditions.
• Work as part of an integrated team.

Requirements for Community Nurse-

• You must have a driving license and have access to your own car.
• Shift patterns are 7 days per week between 08:00-20:00
• Commit to a minimum of 22.5 hours.
• Literate in IT/Computing skills.
