Are you a Social Media Manager looking to join a very well-established and family friendly tourist attraction company?

Do you want to work within a very friendly and warm environment? Working within a tourist destination for families and friends across York?

On offer is an exciting opportunity for a Social Media Manager looking to take that next step and help build the online presence of the attraction company and be in charge of the paid advertising to bring more eyes to the business.

In this role, the successful Manager will help with liaising and networking with clients, dealing with paid advertising, strategising and coming up with marketing plans, running marketing and social campaigns. Recording videos for promotional campaigns. You're going to be in charge of social media posts and the online presence of the company as a whole.

The ideal Social Media Manager will have ample background in a Social Media Management. Background in the use of paid advertising. Have background in editing and video. Have a UK License and own a vehicle, and be local to York.

The Role:

• Running social and marketing campaigns
• Recording videos and building content strategy plans
• Email marketing/social media marketing campaigns
• Control of paid advertising

The Person:

• 2 Years minimum in a Social Media Management background
• Background in paid advertising
• Very confident and a good communicator
• Good at planning and strategising
• Local to York
