As the Quality Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting, leading, coordinating and improving all site Food Safety Management Systems
- Oversee the running of the Quality department
- Leading & participating in customer audits and factory visits
- Maintaining the food safety management system
- Ensure all new legislation is kept fully up to date
The ideal Quality Manager will have some previous relevant experience from working in the manufacturing sector, preferably food or beverages. You should have a strong background in Food Safety, Risk Assessments & Quality Management Systems. You should ideally also be qualified HACCP Level 3 and Food Safety Level 3 and and a degree of equivalent qualification in Food science or similar. You must beexperienced working with the BRC standard and have excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
