Job Title: Part-Time Receptionist (Temporary)

Location:York - Monks Cross

Duration:1-2 months (temporary position)

Working Hours:Monday to Wednesday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

  • Telephone System Management:
  • Answering incoming calls promptly and professionally.
  • Transferring calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.
  • Taking messages accurately and relaying them to the relevant parties.
  • Administrative Tasks:
  • Sorting and distributing mail and packages.
  • Assisting with general office tasks (e.g., filing, data entry, etc.).
  • Coordinating appointments and meetings.
  • Providing excellent customer service to visitors and clients.
  • Other Duties as Assigned:
  • Supporting other team members as needed.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using office software
  • Strong organisational abilities.
  • Friendly and professional demeanour.
  • Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred.
