Key Responsibilities:
- Source and attract candidates through various channels, including online platforms, networking, and referrals.
- Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills, qualifications, and suitability for construction roles.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients to understand their needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
